Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at info@miror.in.

     

Refund:

  • If your cancellation request is acknowledged, we will cancel the order and process your refund within 7 business days.

     

Return Policy

For the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped with the following exceptions:

  • Product is Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
  • Incorrect Product Shipped
  • Expired Products

     

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@miror.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Include your order ID, name, items for return, reason for return, and images as proof.
  3. We will review your request within 24 working hours.
  4. If the product is unusable or damaged, we will instruct you to discard it and will provide a replacement.
  5. After receiving your product(s), we will verify it against the claim and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly.

     

Refundable Cases:

  • Product out of stock.
  • Shipping address not serviceable.
  • Compliance with our return policy.
  • Charged twice for a single order.

     

Refund Timelines:

  • Online payments: Refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • COD orders: Refund to your bank account within 14 working days.

     

Return Pick-up

Process:

  • If you request a return, we will initiate a reverse pickup within 1 to 2 days (if available in your area).

     

  • Self-ship:
    • If reverse pick-up service is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product.
    • We will reimburse the courier charges upon approval.
